Fauji Foundation Overseas Employment Services holds talks with Saudi companies to send qualified Pakistani manpower to Saudi Arabia

A delegation from Fauji Foundation Overseas Employment Services (FFOES) visited kingdom of Saud Arabia with aim to enhance manpower export from Pakistan to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Pakistan Consulate General, Jeddah arranged a meeting with Saudi human resource management companies and executives to present organizational structure and manpower related services of Fauji Foundation Overseas Employment Services to prospective employers in KSA.

The session was chaired by the Consul General and participants from different Saudi companies that showed keen interest in the presentation and services offered by FFOES. Participants shared their experiences related to manpower of Pakistan and exchanged ideas for improving the quality of work force from Pakistan, to be more competitive in Saudi market.

Visiting delegation apprised the participants about their capacity, institutional frame work and services to ensure seamless recruitment of skilled and high quality manpower from Pakistan.

The Consul General appreciated the professionalism and commitment of the FFOES and assured his full support and cooperation for business quests in Saudi market.  He emphasized the importance of Pakistani manpower in KSA and mentioned that the need of the hour is to send quality manpower to KSA which would also help strengthen the economical and bilateral relations between the two countries.

Participants resolved to play their respective role and support each other for enhancement of employment opportunities for Pakistani manpower while ensuring high standards of skill sets and quality.
