Pakistan’s Consul Hajj: we are spiritually connected to Saudi Arabia and Road to Makkah initiative has facilitated travels

The Consul and Director General of Pakistan’s Hajj Affairs, Abdul Wahab Soomro while speaking with the daily, expressed Pakistani pilgrims’ deep happiness to arrive in the Holy lands for Hajj this year. He stressed that the close spiritual connection brings the Pakistani people together with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, pointing to the fraternal feelings they have towards this land and its leadership. He revealed that over two million Pakistani pilgrims arrive annually to perform Umrah, stressing the large demand from Pakistan to visit the holy lands.
