MR. KHALID MAJID
Consul General- Born in 1969.
- Holds degree of Bachelor of Arts (Political Science and History).
- Joined Foreign Service of Pakistan in 1999.
- Served at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Headquarters at Islamabad as:
- Section Officer/Assistant Director (January 2000 - June 2004)
- Director (August 2008 - November 2010)
- Director General (August 2017 - September 2019).
- Held various diplomatic assignments at Pakistan Missions abroad:
- Third Secretary/Second Secretary/First Secretary at the Embassy of Pakistan, The Hague, Netherlands (August 2004 - August 2008)
- First Secretary / Counsellor at the High Commission for Pakistan, London, United Kingdom (November 2010 - October 2014)
- Counsellor at the Embassy of Pakistan, Beijing, China (October 2014 - February 2017).
- Presently he is serving as Consul General of Pakistan at Jeddah since September, 2019.
- He is married.
