Visit of Consul General to JCCI on 07-Jul-2021
Consul General Mr. Khalid Majid, accompanied by commercial team of the Consulate General, visited Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (JCCI) on 07 July 2021. During the visit, he met with Mr. Yousaf Nagi, Chairman (JCCI) and other members.
The Chairman extended warm welcome to the Consul General and his team. Both sides discussed the existing trade relations between the two countries and new opportunities under the vision 2030. The Chairman apprised that JCCI is the oldest Chamber of the Kingdom and has the honour of having deep and historic trade relations with Pakistan.
The Consul General thanked the Chairman for providing opportunity to the business people of Pakistan to play their role in development of brotherly Kingdom, which is second home to the Pakistani Diaspora. He also stressed upon further strengthening of bilateral trade ties in these testing times of COVID-19 by conducting virtual webinars and online meetings between the businesses and trade bodies of the two countries.
