Export of Electrical Machinery from Pakistan to Saudi Arabia

The Commercial Section of Consulate General of Pakistan Jeddah, in collaboration with Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), Karachi, organized a Webinar on 9th September, 2021 on “Export of Electrical Machinery from Pakistan to Saudi Arabia”. The webinar was chaired by the Consul General of Pakistan Jeddah Mr. Khalid Majid and attended by the relevant exporters and experts from Pakistan and the Kingdom.
Mr. Sheikh A. Qadeer Siddiqui, an expert on Saudi trade regulations briefed and guided the participants and exporters on new regulations of the Saudi market along with procedures of custom clearance. He also elaborated on the process of getting Pakistani products registered under Saudi system of SABER, SASO and SFDA. Besides, Mr. Qadeer offered his services to the Pakistani exporters for future endeavors to help them get their due share in the Saudi market. The event concluded with a detailed Q&A session.
The webinar was part of a series of awareness and matchmaking sessions being conducted by the Consulate General of Pakistan Jeddah from time to time on various food and non-food related items and products of Pakistan in order to build, strengthen and open new avenues for Pakistani exports to the Kingdom.
