Pakistani Consul General Applauds Bikers on Mission of Peace

Consul General Jeddah Khalid Majid, today, welcomed 26 Pakistani motorbikers who completed an epic 14,000 km journey from Pakistan to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) in 22 days. Starting on January 14th in Lahore, the ambitious motorbike expedition was fueled by a shared mission to promote peace between the two countries through understanding and respect.

The 26 motorcyclists were received by the Consul General at his office in Jeddah, where they made brief remarks focusing on the importance of peace and harmony between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. The Consul General congratulated them for their courage and bravery in achieving this momentous feat.

While at Makkah Al Mukarramah, the bikers performed Umrah. Besides, they will visit Masjid Al-Nabawi at Madinah Al-Munawarah. During their stay in the Kingdom, they are meeting with local dignitaries and members of civil society organizations as well as visiting various places of cultural importance.
