Resolution of Kashmir dispute is must for a peaceful South Asia. Chairman Kashmir Committee
Jeddah. Rana Muhammad Qasim Noon, Chairman Parliamentary Committee on Kashmir held an interactive session with Kashmiri community leaders in Saudi Arabia. Event was hosted by Pakistan Consulate in Jeddah.
Addressing the gathering, Chairman Kashmir committee provided a comprehensive overview of the Kashmir issue and developments since the May 2025 war between Pakistan and India. He said, the recent war between Pakistan and India has highlighted the importance of issue of Kashmir to the world.
Pakistan will continue to provide moral, political and diplomatic support to the people of Kashmir till the resolution of the dispute as per UN resolutions and the will of the people of Kashmir.
Consulate General of Pakistan in Jeddah, Mr. Khlaid Majid, welcomed the guest of honor and highlighted the efforts of Kashmiri community in the Kingdom for the Kashmir cause. Mr. Masood Ahmad Puri, chairman Kashmir Committee Jeddah and Engineer Muhammad Arif Mughal, Chairman Jamun Kashmir Overseas Committee (JKCO) also addressed the gathering and appreciated the efforts of Chairman Kashmir Committee towards highlighting the issue of Kashmir at international level.
