Start of One-Window NADRA Services

NADRA’s One Window facilitation services have been started at the Consulate General of Pakistan, Jeddah with effect from 22-November-2020. It was inaugurated by Consul General of Pakistan, Mr. Khalid Majid, alongside a three member senior officials’ visiting team from NADRA Headquarters, Islamabad.

The one window services would further streamline and fast track the processing time. Besides, the applicants will not be required to visit various counters and instead the entire process including fee submission, biometrics, photo, data entry, form printing and submission will be handled at one desk. The new system is also more user-friendly than the previous one.

The above initiative is part of the Consulate General’s ongoing efforts to provide better and proficient consular services to the Pakistani community. The Consulate General is thankful to Chairman NADRA and his entire team for taking keen interest in up-gradation of NADRA services for better service delivery.
